Cancellation, Refund and Return Policy: Lacy Snacks

The terms set out herein shall form an integral part of the Serveshwar Food Products Private Limited operating with trade name Lacy Snacks (“Company/ We”) Company’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. The User (“User, You, Your, Yours”) acknowledges that these terms of return, refund and cancellation are limited to direct sale by the Company from its e-commerce Platform and that these terms of return, refund and cancellation are not available in case of sale by third party. The User shall make sure that the shipping address and bank account details are complete, true and accurate so as to ensure that the Products are delivered on time and the refunds are initiated without delay. The User accepts and acknowledges that in case of any information required for the purpose of shipping a Product or making refund is not complete, true and accurate and the process of shipping and/or refund has been initiated by the Company, then the Company shall not be held liable for the Product and/or the refund not being received

1. Exchange and Return Policy:
   1. Once Your order is delivered to You and  no objection / information is shared by You within 7 working days of receipt of the order through an e-mail or call, it shall be deemed accepted as correct as per Your order placed. There will be no Exchange, Return or Refund possible.
   2. Cost of Return Shipment: In case reverse shipment cannot be arranged by us due to unavailability of our logistics partners, then

2. Eligibility for Return:

   You shall be eligible for Return and Refund only in following conditions:

   1. Incorrect product(s) have been delivered to the User i.e. the product(s) does not match the item(s) in the order originally placed;
   2. Damaged product(s) have been delivered to the User; and
   3. You have informed the Company within 7 working days of receipt of order regarding such incorrect or damaged product(s).

   Note: It is clarified that the Company reserves the right to seek information, including but not limited to, pictures and videos of the incorrect and damaged product(s) for verification (“verification”). The final decision of determining eligibility of return shall be on the discretion of the Company.

3. Conditions for Return order:

   The Company shall conduct verification of the order and assign an authorization number for eligible Returns within 2-3 working days of User’s request. All the product(s) to be Returned, must be accompanied with a copy of original invoice/receipt, a return/exchange authorization number and in unopened packaging and sealed condition; otherwise the same will not be received back. Please note that Company cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any opened or used product(s). To process Your return, We may take the time up to 3 weeks. Once Your return request is processed, You will be notified regarding the same over email or any other mode of communication.

4. Replacement:

   In case we have delivered to You the different product(s) for which you did not place the order for, then it shall be Your responsibility to inform us within 7 working days of receipt of the order through an e-mail or call. The Company shall conduct its verification process which may take 4-5 working days from the date of User’s request. After verification, make sure that You return the product(s) in its original packaging along with the original Invoice and a remark. Kindly note that the courier expenses shall be borne by the Company and the Replaced product(s) shall be dispatched within 4 to 5 working days, subject to availability of the original product(s).

5. Changes and cancellation:
   1. Any item additions, specification changes or quantity changes made to accepted order(s) will be modified in the order details. All sales are final, provided, however, item cancellations and quantity changes may be carried out before the order(s) is shipped. Kindly note that if our accounts department does not approve Your credit amount or if there is any other problem(s) with Your selected payment mode, then we may cancel any accepted order before the shipment, without liability. Kindly contact the Customer Care for further guidance.
   2. If You have, by mistake, placed an order for a particular product(s) twice and if You like to have a refund of one/extra transaction, then You have to inform us the same within 2 business days of placing the order through an e-mail or call before the order is shipped.
      1. In case the order is shipped and delivered after You failed to inform the Company within the stipulated period of time, kindly note that the courier expenses shall be borne by You.
      2. The Company shall conduct its verification process and accordingly which may take 4-5 working days from the date of request by the User. After the verification process, Your paid amount for one/extra order, shall be refunded in 7 to 8 working days or according to individual bank policies.
      3. While returning the one/extra order, kindly ensure that the packaging shall remain unopened and the product(s) shall be in original condition along with the original invoice. Further, the Company reserves the right to reject any such requests mentioned in this clause 5.2 at its discretion.

7. Order cancellation:

   We hold the right to cancel or refuse any Your order(s) placed for a product(s) that is listed with an incorrect price for any technical or manual reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or the payment is made. The entire paid amount shall be refunded and You shall be informed of the same. The refund shall be processed in 7 to 8 working days of such cancellation or according to individual bank policies.

   Lacy Snacks is a snacks brand founded in 2006 under the banner of Serveshwar Food Products Pvt. Ltd.by Mr. Ram Kumar Agrawal.
