  1. GENERAL
    1. The terms set out herein shall form an integral part of the Serveshwar Food Products Private Limited’s (“Company”) Terms and conditions and Privacy Policy. The User acknowledges that these terms of shipping and delivery policy are limited to direct sales by the Company. The User must make sure that shipping address is complete, true and accurate so as to ensure that the Products are delivered on time.
    2. The Company provides shipping and delivery of Products all over India except the areas where Company’s logistic partner cannot deliver (hereinafter referred to as “Non-Serviceable Zone”). The Company aims to provide the best user experience for Users by tying-up and partnering with leading logistics service providers to handle User’s order in the best possible way and to ensure that User have a hassle-free experience in receiving the Product that they have ordered from the Website. The Company makes all commercially reasonable endeavors to ensure that the Products are delivered to User in a timely manner.
  2. APPLICABILITY OF POLICY

    By using the Website and/or initiating a request for purchase of Products on the Website, User agrees to be bound by the terms contained in this Policy. If User do not agree to the terms contained in this Policy, User is advised not to transact on the Website. Please note that, the Company may from time to time change the terms of this Policy. Every time user wishes to use the Website, please check this Policy along with Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy to ensure that User understand the terms and conditions that apply at that time.

    What happens if the ordered product is not available?
    Delivery of certain Products may not be possible/delayed under certain un-controllable circumstances such as product is not available in the market or discontinued by the manufacturer. In such cases, an intimation will be provided to the User by the Company on the registered email-ID and phone number. It is clarified that refunds, if any, will be processed within 5-7 working days from the date of intimation.

    How much are the delivery charges?
    Delivery / Shipping Charge is based on the Invoice value, product weight and the delivery location. At the time of checkout shipping price will be calculated and shown to you.

    What is the estimated delivery time?
    The estimated delivery time may differ depending on when and how you buy the product from the Company. Delivery for the metropolitan cities will be done in 5-7 3 business days. The delivery for other regional areas will be done in 5 - 7 business days. A business day does not include Saturdays and Sundays / Public Holidays.

    The Company shall share the details about delivery of the User’s order pursuant to its dispatch on the e-mail ID provided by the User at the time of the registration.

    The User accepts and acknowledges that the delivery may be delayed on account of a Force Majeure Event which includes but is not limited to:

    What happens if the ordered product is not available?

    1. Circumstances or causes beyond reasonable control;
    2. Logistics issues beyond control;
    3. Unsuitable weather conditions;    
    4. Political disruptions, strikes, employee-lockouts, curfew, lockdown, acts of terrorism, acts of any government or authority, fire, explosion etc.;
    5. Acts of God such as floods, fog, bad weather, earthquakes, pandemic, epidemic, etc.; and
    6. Government action or other unforeseeable circumstances.

    In such events of delay, the Company shall send an intimation to the User’s registered email ID provided at the time of registration.

    What is the place of delivery?
    The User shall have the option to enter PIN Code, to check serviceability of the product.

    In the event an area has been deemed unserviceable by the Company, the Company shall notify the user at the time of placing the order on the website.

    How will the delivery be done?
    The Company partners with the third party logistics service providers (“Logistic Partners”) in order to effectuate Product shipping and delivery to the User.

    The Company shall provide the details of the Logistic Partner on User’s registered email ID who will be responsible for processing the shipping and delivery of Product(s) at the time such Product is processed and successfully handed over to Logistic Partner by the Company.

    Can’t the delivery be rescheduled?
    In the event the User requires to reschedule the delivery of the order, the User may do so within 1-2 days from the estimated delivery date. It is clarified that the user only has 3 attempts to reschedule the order.

    Can the User return the delivered Product?
    In case the User wishes to return the delivered Product, the User may do so in accordance with the Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy.

    What happens if there is no one at delivery address during delivery?
    In the event the User is not available to accept the delivery of the product, Logistics Partner will make a total of 5 2 attempts to reach out to the User on the registered mobile number. In the event the Logistic Partner is unable to deliver the Product due to non-availability of the User after 5 2 attempts, the Company reserves the right to cancel the order of the purchased Products and the Product will be sent back to its original source. An intimation will be provided to the User, by the Company on the registered email ID and phone number. It is clarified that refunds, if any, will be processed within 5-7 working days from the date the Product reaches its original source.

    In order to receive the same Product, the User shall place the fresh order.

    What are the available refund options?

    If Company is unable to deliver your order, then complete refund will be made, kindly refer to the Company’s Cancellation and Refund Policy.

    The Company does not take any responsibility, if the delivery is delayed or Ordered Products are not delivered by the vendors because of the bad weather or any other unexpected circumstances or Force Majeure. However, for such orders, User will get full refund of the money paid.

    How can the User track order?

    The User shall receive a unique tracking identity number once the purchased Product is handed over to the Logistic Partner, which will enable the User in tracking the status of delivery of the purchased Products.

    The User may use the tracking identity number on the Website to check the status and location of the purchased Product and its estimated time of delivery.

    The Company engages third party service providers to effectuate deliveries of the Products and hence, the Company do not guarantee exact accuracy or correctness of the tracking status and the status may be subject to inconsistencies arising out of time-lags in updating the information and/or other technical difficulties which are not in control.
